Welcome to BadriKedarYatra! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, services, and pilgrimage packages. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. General Terms

  • By booking a pilgrimage with BadriKedarYatra, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent.
  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A confirmed booking requires an advance payment as per the package terms.
  • Full payment must be completed before the travel date unless specified under a “Book Now, Pay Later” scheme.
  • Payments can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or bank transfers.
  • Booking is subject to availability, and we do not guarantee a reservation until payment is confirmed.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations by the Customer:
    • Before 30 days of travel: 90% refund
    • 15-30 days before travel: 50% refund
    • Less than 15 days before travel: No refund
  • Cancellations by BadriKedarYatra: In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions, etc.), a full or partial refund may be provided based on the situation.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

4. Travel & Pilgrimage Guidelines

  • All travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proof.
  • Pilgrimage tours involve high-altitude travel; customers must ensure they are medically fit.
  • BadriKedarYatra is not responsible for delays due to weather, roadblocks, or government restrictions.
  • Travelers must adhere to local customs, temple guidelines, and environmental policies.

5. Accommodation & Transportation

  • Accommodation is provided as per the selected package (budget, standard, or premium).
  • In case of unavailability, an equivalent alternative will be arranged.
  • Transportation is provided via shared or private vehicles as per the booking details.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

  • BadriKedarYatra is a service provider and does not hold liability for accidents, injuries, loss of belongings, or delays due to natural or man-made causes.
  • We advise all travelers to get personal travel insurance.
  • Our team ensures a smooth yatra experience, but we do not guarantee darshan timings due to temple crowd and local conditions.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information collected during bookings is used solely for service purposes.
  • We do not share personal data with third parties except where necessary for bookings and government regulations.

8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  • Any complaints regarding the service must be raised within 7 days of trip completion.
  • Disputes shall be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of [City/State Name] courts.
